September 10, 2024 – The flag in front of the St. Clair Township Civic Centre, Mooretown Sports Complex and Emergency Services are lowered to half-mast in memory of the late Jim DeGurse. DeGurse was elected Councillor with St. Clair Township for 20 years (1998-2006 & 2010-2022). DeGurse passed away on September 9, 2024.
A potential Canada Post service disruption is set to begin this Friday, November 15 at 12:01 a.m. and may delay the delivery of property tax statements and payments. Please be prepared for possible mail delays. To avoid interruptions, residents are encouraged to explore online payments and pre-authorized payment options through the Township of St. Clair.
Township residents will need to keep their accounts up to date regardless of the strike.
