The Township of St. Clair is seeking a motivated individual for a Food Services Lead Hand position working at the St. Clair Township Golf Course within the Community Services Department.
Working directly under the supervision of the Coordinator of Golf and Special Events, the Food Services Lead Hand is responsible for performing all matters related to training of serving and preparing food for banquets, tournaments, and everyday use, as well as the day-to-day operation in the kitchen including setting the menu, creating daily specials, baking, preparation, etc.

Education and Qualifications:
Qualifications include a minimum grade 12 diploma, with preference given to those with post-secondary education in business or food services, Food Handlers Certificate. Smart Serve and 5 years’ related experience in the food service industry.
Compensation will be in accordance with OPSEU Local 123 Collective Agreement. Please note that only those candidates selected for interview will be contacted.
