Welcome to the 2018 Municipal Election!

Not only will there be a Provincial Election this year, but the Township will be electing a Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Council and local school board trustees.

The Municipal Election will take place on October 22, 2018 and will again utilize the Vote-By-Mail format. Ballots will be mailed to all eligible electors on September 21, 2018.  Please contact the Clerk’s Department at the Civic Centre in Mooretown (519-867-2021) after October 1st if you have not yet received your ballot in the mail.

Information on how to confirm your voting eligibility will be posted in the spring of 2018.

Nominations for all offices can be submitted to the Clerk’s Department at the Civic Centre in Mooretown beginning May 1, 2018 through 2:00 p.m. on Nomination Day, July 27, 2018. Information on Nominations will be posted in the spring of 2018.
