1 CALL TO ORDER
1. CALL TO ORDER
At the appointed time of 3:00 p.m., Mayor Arnold declared open the special meeting of Council and welcomed those participating and observing via YouTube.
2. IN-CAMERA
Moved by J. De Gurse Seconded by B. Myers
Motion 1 Be it resolved the meeting enter an in-camera session under Section 239 (2) (i) to consider a contract for Project Management at the Moore Sports Complex that contains trade secrets which would impact the contractor’s future endeavours.
CARRIED
Mayor Arnold declared the meeting back into open session and asked for any forthcoming motions.

Motion 2 Be it resolved that Quinan Construction Ltd. be awarded the Project Coordinator Contract for all three phases of rehabilitation at the Moore Sports Complex subject to the terms prescribed in the project proposal dated January 21, 2021.

Motion 3 Be it resolved that Treasurer – Charlie Quenneville be authorized to apply for debentures through Infrastructure Ontario to fund all three phases of the Moore Sports Complex Rehabilitation project.

Motion 4 Be it resolved that this Special Meeting of Council do hereby adjourn.
