At the appointed time of 3:00 p.m., Mayor Arnold called the Special Meeting to Order.

Motion 1 Be it resolved that the minutes from the Council meeting held on July 13, 2020 be received and accepted as printed.

Motion 2 Be it resolved that the Phase 3 Re-Opening Considerations report as submitted by Director of Community Services – Kendall Lindsay be received as information.

Motion 3 Be it resolved that Adult/Private user groups and teams be authorized to rent sports fields to resume their activities during Phase 3 of Covid-19 Reintroduction in compliance with Provincial and Lambton Public Health guidelines, on August 7, 2020, or sooner should proper signage be erected.

Motion 4 Be it resolved that the portable washrooms be returned to their typical locations on the Parkway Golf Course during Phase 3 of Covid-19 Reintroduction.

Motion 5 Be it resolved that the washroom facilities, with the exception of public showers, be opened at all campgrounds throughout Phase 3 of Covid-19 Reintroduction.

Motion 6 Be it resolved that the playgrounds in all parks be re-opened throughout Phase 3 of Covid-19 Reintroduction as of July 31, 2020 in compliance with Provincial and Lambton Public Health guidelines.

Motion 7 Be it resolved that doubles tennis and pickleball courts be authorized throughout Phase 3 of Covid-19 Reintroduction as of July 27, 2020 in compliance with Provincial and Lambton Public Health guidelines.

Motion 8 Be it resolved that the Sombra Hall not be offered exclusively for use by a local church and that all hall boards work with the Director of Community Services to develop proper re-opening procedures to allow their opening as of August 7, 2020 in compliance with Provincial and Lambton Public Health guidelines.
